Deepbot says its already running

Right i tried starting up deep bot and it said its already running but when it check task manager its not there so i tried uninstalling and reinstalling but cant as the exe is running somewhere i checked details tab on task manager and its sitting there but when i try end the task i get error saying

the operation could not be completed
access denied

this is on windows 10

You need to give yourself permission over the file. Find deepbot.exe (Usually located here: C:\DeepBot - Twitch Streamer Assistant ) Then right click the icon > Properties > Security tab > go thru each group and make sure "Full Control" is marked for all groups. Then hit okay, and try again.

that has not worked i tried uninstalling deepbot but when i reinstalled it the bot does that stupid allready running thing there is no way for me to fix this please help

Restart your pc? Or log off and back on?

its when i restart my pc i get that problem its like deepbot trys to launch on start up but it is not on start up list so it shouldent be doing this its only with windows 10 im getting this my windows 7 is fine so please find a fix or fix it for me

Try disabling any anti-virus you have installed, then install or startup deepbot. If it is trying to startup when the computer boots, then I would double check your system configuration, both services and startup.

i have done both these things they all still play up when i fix the problem is by going safe mode then back again but i cant keep doign that everytime i log my pc on it stops working after i turn my pc off for the night
