Hi i paid the $5 donation to deepbot yesterday and i still havent got my vip back. An i dunno who to contact to have this sorted out as it normally just auto comes back after i reset bot.

 Any help would be great thanks

Last payment I see was from 10/31. My guess is that you didn't include your stream name/twitch name in the box provided. I recommend PMing ExpertsOnline.

An i dont get what you mean by pming expertonline is that some one i have to message or some website i go to sort it out.

Cause as i said i know i put my streamer name in as i know its a requirement and i dont have $5 just to donate for nothing

Hello there, we informed expertsonline about this, we will add the vip to your account asap.
You put in the wrong Streamer Name (Beams20 instead of Beams_20), so it doesn't gave you the VIP.
