Deepbot v0.7.4.2?

I was in someone's stream, and I checked which version of DeepBot they were using, and it said DeepBot v0.7.4. I don't know if this is a glitch or if the wiki hasn't been updated to include this version in its changelog.

That person is actually using an old version of DeepBot.  The wiki is no longer used for change logs.  If you go there, you will see text at the top that links you to the new page which is here: http://deepbot.tv/changelograw.php.  The latest version is actually 0.8.6.0.
