An error occurred when trying to Login to DeepBot servers

Hi all,

i think i migh  go crazy...   
I'm sitting here for 3 hours now, trying to fix the DeepBot. Everytime i try to connect it sais "An error occurred when trying to Login to DeepBot servers".
OFC i read through the whole forum and tried all i could find.

-hosts edited
-pc recovery
-Reinstall
-flushing DNS
.
.
.

I think i might have closed the CefSharp.Browser.Subprocess via the task manager and or closed DeepBot without disconnecting.
If only i had known what this seems to cause...

Can plese please anybody help me ? If you need any more info, let me know.

Change date to yesterday or more and then once you have connected change the date back to today after that dont close the bot. some things like popups wont work but everything else will.

We are working on the fix.

You changed your computer time to yesterday or earlier this week and then started DeepBot?

Changing Date/Time has not worked for me. My scheduled stream starts in 5 hours and I really need DeepBot up and running for it :/

Changing the time didn't work for me either.
Any other suggestions?


Now sometimes i keep gettin this: "Deep Bot is currently running in closed Beta. Your stream "fstubebot currently does not have access to the Closed Beta. please apply at http/deepbot.tv"

Well... the streamer name in my DeepBot settings is wrong.I cant change it, because i can't even connect with the Twitch Bot, witch you have to do before you're able to change the Streamer name.

The issue connecting to DeepBot has been fixed now.  This other problem is unrelated to that.  Why can you not connect the Twitch bot?  Do you not own the account "Fstubebot" on Twitch?

Sadly this is an issue for me also, second day using this bot it's a bit of a shame it's not working as I was hoping. Fantastic features, and probably just bad timing - but the issue doesn't seem to be resolved after the recommended date change, and computer restart. The credentials are all corrected, verified in browser, bot name is correct. I'm clutching at straws on how to get this fixed now.

Well, it keeps giving me the classic 'An error occurred when trying to Login to DeepBot servers'

Any news on that one?  My stream starts in 5h and it already was a pain in the ass not to have the DeepBot yesterday...

Issue should be resolved. Make sure you changed the date back to what it is currently. Try different Servers/Ports on the config tab.

yesterday evening (20h ago) i could connect to the bot.
Today again... "An error occurred when trying to Login to DeepBot servers. Please try...."

what now?

My stream starts without the bot.. again?! :/

*edit: Nevermind, i just saw, there is anew update. It's working now. thx
