I had the same issue (after configuring your bot, the login remains persistent and doesn't allow you to configure your stream ID), and got it to work. Since nobody else has posted what they did to get it to work, let me put my steps here in hopes it works for someone else.
You put in the Bot Twitch Name, then Stream name, OAuth Password for your bot... Update the port for chat to 443, then click "Connect". Once it goes green, disconnect. Once it disconnects, close Deep Bot and Relaunch.
When Deep Bot relaunches, you should see your bot settings saved. Now do your Stream Login details. This time, when you click on OAuth Password for your Streamer Login, you should NOT see your bot details.
Confirm that you are now able to connect as both your bot and stream id.
