I broke DeepBot, Help

I was in my deepbot and was talking to someone and I asked a question in regards to changing my deepbot "bot twitch name" and I got to http://deepbot.tv/dev/donationaccess/#MyAccount and got excited and changed the name to nxtgenbot and now nothing works. My original name on bot twitch name: NxtGenProGamers and now I am totally locked out. I have to come back in 15 minutes. I did my OAuth Password and such and it's not working it also says if it persist to contact support.

Considering it's just your bot name that changed you should be able to change it back. Go back to that link, connect with your main twitch account using Google Chrome and change the bot name back.

Did you click back into http://deepbot.tv/dev/donationaccess/#MyAccount and change the bot name back to your original bot name?

When I went back to that URL. I click Connect. and white box pops up and goes away.. it doesn't have any literature of sorts and goes away.

I'm guessing you're using Firefox or a browser similar to that. Currently that site only works with Google Chrome (Don't ask why, I'm not sure) or I assume any browser that runs on the same engine like the current version of Opera

Interesting. Try pressing Ctrl + Shift + N while the window has focus

This key combination should open an incognito window. Try visiting the site using that method

What do I need to do to fix it now..
I have already changed my botname to NxGenBot, anything else need to happen so I can get my deepbot working again?

Once you have changed your bot name back and press the tick icon that should basically be it. Give it a little bit of time just in case but it should pretty much work straight away.

I'd suggest restarting the bot if you haven't already as well then attempt to log in again.

So, you're telling me I "can't" change my bot name to a shorter version..
I need to change it back to the one I started with which is: nxtgenprogamers? Confirm?

Oh sorry, I thought you wanted to switch it to your original bot name judging from your original post. My apologies.

You can only change the bot name to one Twitch account at a time. You can make it either "nxtgenprogamers", "nxtgenbot" or whatever bot name you desire.

As long as you OWN the Twitch account "nxtgenbot" on Twitch you can change it to that and successfully log in. Judging from the error messages from the screenshots it is already linked to "nxtgenbot".

Whatever name you change it to on that page will be the twitch account you will use for the Bot login in Deepbot.

Please correct me if I am wrong. SO you're saying I need to make another twitch account that actually says "NxtGen" to make it my new bot name on DeepBot?

Yes. If that's the name you want to appear in your Twitch chat that is what you need to do.
