How do I check my VIP status.

I have been gone on vacation and it seems like some of Deepbot's functions are off (like custom greetings).  I just donated another $15 for 3 more months.  How do I check my current status?

The system only recognizes $5. I will message expertsonline to correct it.

Yes, I see your payments. Just restart deepbot for now and you will have VIP.

I have a similar problem. I donated $5 for a month of VIP but put my bot name "temscove" instead if my twitch name "Tem122" I don't have VIP status and was wondering if this was the problem.

You need to put your stream twitch name. You do not put your bot name.

Is there anyway to fix the error since the donation was already made and the money deducted from my paypal?

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, if not...I apologize. I wanted to try out customizing my bankheist, as I had seen it done before and thought it was cool. I donated $10, is this how I go about getting VIP status? Is there anything else I should do?

VIP is only $5 a month. You get one month free when you first get deepbot. You can customize it through the Mini-Games tab, under Stream Interaction.
