Loyalty points/currency not working

For some reason my loyalty points are not working. My bot is already running as an administrator. The loyalty points have worked before and now they are not. Has anyone had this issue and or may someone perhaps give me advice? Thanks.

What about them isn't working?  Is the command not working, or are people just not getting new points?
