seems to be the same problem.

I believe it has nothing to do with the bot, but with google's spreadsheet system, as they obviously cannot be accessed right now. and thats why the bot is having problems and crashes.

i might be wrong though.

ok i just tried to access google spreadsheet here

and get a gateway error .. i am pretty sure now that this causes the bot to fail loading.

One of the servers linked to Google services went down for a while. Servers are back up now, so you should be able to connect.
