Cannot Start Bot Anymore. Hangs up "Accessing Global BattleTag database"

I did a restart with my computer today, and suddenly the bot cannot start anymore.

It hangs up during starting at this:

I didn't change anything on my system or on the bot ... just restarted my machine ...

I have tried several times to start the bot. Always the same happens.

I'm Having The Exact Same Problem
