Bot not connecting

Hello, so I recently got the VIP for DeepBot, and with the help of a friend that avidly uses DeepBot I got it all setup. However, when I try to issue the commands for the bot, nothing happens. I made sure everything is connected to the right accounts under "Config," and I noticed under the "Chat" tab that is never shows any of the chat in the channel. I'm not certain if the bot is going to a different channel, or if it just not connecting at all, but any help with this would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Try redoing OAuth Logins on the Config tab.

Tried that, still nothing.

Do you have an anti-virus? Try disabling it.
Are you running as admin?

Did both of them and still no responses to the commands.

Try switching servers. Config Tab > Bot Login > Underneath Disconnect button. May have to disconnect of course.

I've tried that as well, changed to multiple servers but no luck, even changed the port with no luck.

If you want, I can try and teamviewer and see if I can figure out the issue.

That would be fine with me, but I am going to wait a few weeks for a new PC that I have ordered to arrive. Perhaps that will fix the problem.
