Go to the folder where you have installed Deepbot (Typically on the root of your C drive) and click into the logs folder. You should see the file it is asking for in there. Upload the contents of that file to here or http://pastebin.com (Posting the link to the log as a reply to this topic) and we'll have a look at the issue.

Thanks,

Please follow the following steps:

1) Install/Repair the x86 and x64 versions of Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/download/details.aspx?id=30679
2) In the DeepBot folder, if DB_update.exe exists, rename that to update.exe
3) in the DeepBot folder, if DB_Ionic.Zip.dll exists, rename that to Ionic.Zip.dll
4) Run update.exe in admin mode (right click and Run as administrator)

Hey go into the bugs forum and look for my latest bug report should be above yours. I wrote what I did to fix the problem. I noticed Lunarseven fixed his but I did not see a reply from you so I wanted to mention it to you because I fixed it an entirely different way.
