I understand that I have to pay $5 per month to keep the VIP membership of Deepbot, but if I had a viewer that wanted to contribute to Deepbot in my behalf but wanted to do $20 and put my stream in the "Twitch Name" box, would I get 4 additional months of Deepbot VIP membership?

Correct, but it would not be automatic. You would only get the one month, you or the person who paid to message expertsonline to extend it for that long.
