user database and twitch subs

I am now a twitch partner and under user data base the twitch subs is grey. How do I get deepbot to show me the subs?

If you restart the bot and re-enter your streamer login, it will detect the partnership status and enable the sub features.

when i press the play buttin for sub notification it plays the sound i sellected but not the image.  url im using  http://deepbot.tv/notifications/subnotification.htm
the follower works fine.

As for sub notification, that is currently how it works, the play button just plays the sound. To see a sample image, hit settings and then hit preview. When someone actually subs, they will both play together.
This is kinda legacy, as the sound was implemented earlier and the visual notifications came later.
