Latest Highlight Inquiry

Hi,

As a broadcaster but also as an editor/moderator for another channel, I wish to inquire if it's possible to make a command/timer that would post in chat the latest highlight created on Twitch. I searched the forums but I only found information on markin' down stream times to create a highlight later instead. Thank you.

Don't believe so since twitch doesn't really have a link to latest highlight, or an api it seems.
