Discord Integration

Discord's API was recently opened up and it's already compatible with NightBot. I would love to see DeepBot expand to include Discord integration to allow DeepBot custom commands to be executed from within Discord as well as Twitch Chat, as well as to sync users in the DeepBot database to a Discord user name and role.

ditto to above...would love to also push music through deepbot onto discord as well...probably comes with the integration to begin with :D
