User message counter

Hello, i want to ask you, if is some way to make "User message counter" ...
Because i want make Gift system for my moderators and  i want check their activity in chat but...
If i will use "Time spent in chat", my moderators can only connect to my stream when i will be streaming and they can be full time afk so i want combine time spent in chat and number of messages sent in chat

is it possible?

There is no user message counter. You could base it off their points since you can activate an option that requires them to be active in chat to gain points.

and one more question.... is possible disable bets and minigames for moderators?

Not that I know of. Sort of is a way, but it involves custom commands and what not.
