Transferring points to new pc?

The computer i was using Deepbot on has sadly passed away.  i loaded deepbot onto my new pc.  is there a way to move my viewers points/time watched to the new pc?  it just reset everything back to square one.

If you were VIP before the computer died you can email deepbot@deep.sg asking for a backup.

Otherwise, though the old PC died, is the harddrive still working? If so, you can copy over the Deepbot files from the old harddrive to your new PC, and all the points will be back, along with the other stats for viewers.
