Sound Bites added Not working

I made sure that the sound bite type was Windows friendly. they worked before i had to reinstall my Deepbot after a Pc Hard Reset. only now when i add the sound bite and que it in my chat. It isn't working or even when i execute it during create mode or with the play button during creation. H E L P  plz

Is deepbot muted in the Windows Volume Mixer?
The file is .mp3 or .wav, correct?
Running as admin?
Maybe try Audio Mode 2 in the Master Settings, about half way down.
