Raffles - Automated Chat Reminders

Hey folks! I've been scratching my head trying to figure this out and short of creating customized timed messages to remind folks, Deepbot doesn't seem to have any kind of automated messaging that is tied directly to raffles that appear in chat. For example, when enabling a keyword raffle, this message would appear every 5 minutes or so:

"A Keyword raffle for (item) is currently open to all users! There are currently x people entered in the raffle. Type !keyword to enter!"

or

"The keyword raffle will be closing in 5 minutes! Type !keyword to enter!"

I understand I can create the timed messages, just curious if there's a chat script that is tied to the raffle system or if I am missing this functionality somewhere.

The raffle timer does this. Also users can type !raffle help

I must be cray then. I set a Keyword raffle the other night for 1 hour and  the Raffle Close Timer was set to 1 Hour and "Close Keyword Raffle" with Auto Switch enabled. After 30 minutes we had only seen the initial raffle open notification. I set a customized timed reminder up in the Channel Commands tab under Timed Messages during the stream and that was the only periodic notification we saw in chat. So, to make sure I'm using this correctly...

1. Is there a function required to enable this like a button, setting or menu that I've missed?
2. Is there a way to customize these settings in the UI to change when the reminders are sent?

BTW, I have not messed with any of the scripts or files for DeepBot. If I need to set this up there please let me know what file I need to find. Thanks!
