Application Status - Pending

Good day,

My name is Mista, im a big Fan of Deepbot.
I've been using Deepbot for about 2 weeks nog with great succes.
But since 2 days ago, my bot suddenly came with some errors.. so i went to the Deepbot website to see whats going on, and suddenly my application status was switched to ''Pending''

My question: Whats going on? i've paid everything etc. i've been using it for a bit already. why is it pending right now and not at the beginning?

If this is the case (it might not be) is there any other method of paying?
If not, how am i able to pay? i can switch to an other paypal account, but it doesnt give me the option.

Hi

Your account was suspended as there was a chargeback claim from your PayPal account, which was successful. Chargebacks are an awful way of getting your money back as the 'seller' is not only debited the original payment, but an additional fee of $10 - 20.

Please can you confirm why you filed a chargeback claim if you were seeing success with the product?

I didn't file this claim myself, Paypal actually made a mistake by doing this. My papyal account got ''limited'' because they told me i didnt use the account for ages, even tho the account was 1 day old.
Paypal is going to fix this asap for me and everything should by then.

Is there anything else i need to do? i would love to use Deepbot again, since i think its the best bot out there right now!
