Giveaway set amount to random person

Hello,

I now ask for assistance to make a command for users to execute. The idea is that they can give away a set amount of points to a random person
Example:
!rangive (Set amount 200 by the command, users should not be allowed to set the amount them selfs)
Then it gives 200 to a random person that is in the stream.

The amount that is given away should ofc be widrawn from the user and given to the random user in the stream.

Would be super greatly appriciated if i can get help making this command!

Info: Make sure you enable give command for users in the Master Settings > Misc Settings, on the Config tab.

Note that if you use !give it will actually take the points from whoever runs it and then give them to the random user.  If you want it to just add points to the random user like a random giveaway then use !add
