Custom join message does not work

Hi! When I try to do for someone else custom join message, it is not working.
I tried to run with administrator privileges deepbot.
I tried to include all event messages etc.

Absolutely nothing helped.

First off, you are on an extremely old version of the bot.

To add a custom join message, you can go to the User Database Tab > Find the User > Right Click > Edit User > Set custom join message.

How did you fix?  Mine isn't working.  Does the stream have to be live?

Do you have the join messages enabled on the channel Commands tab > Event Messages? And you unchecked "Client Only"?
