Can't get the bot setup correctly

Ok so I saw this bot, and wanted to get it for my stream to track how much time people spend in my time, and to make some more advanced commands and such, but I have had loads of trouble setting it up correctly. I went on the site and it only allowed me to buy the $10 beta version that lasts for a month, so I signed into my twitch on the site and bought the beta version. I then downloaded DeepBot and watched YouTube tutorials of how to set it up. So this is where everything goes wrong, I made a new twitch user for the bot, and I verified the email and everything, but every time I fill in the bot information and hit connect I get an error code saying "incorrect bot account for stream 'KingPreNade'. Based on your beta license, you are only allowed to login with the twitch bot account 'KingPreNade'. I get this every time like I have made two twitch bot accounts and neither work. The only time I have been able to use the software was when my twitch bot account and twitch account was my actual twitch which is KingPreNade, but then the commands didn't work for anyone but myself and that isn't how its supposed to be like viewers can't check their points and they don't get their points either. I just need some major help because I have to be doing something wrong.

That's because your stream and bot name are the same in the deepbot database. To update the bot's name in our database, you need to use this guide: http://wiki.deepbot.tv/changebotname

You can change the bot name as many times are you like by the way.

Ok what is happening now is my bot is getting the points for being in the stream, but only my bot is, like I will give the chat points and only the bot account gets them, like the data base isn't putting everyone in and nobody can use the commands or get their points except my bot account. I can use the commands also, but nobody else can.
