Having a few issues

When I attempt to sign into DeepBot, I constantly receive this message: "An error occurred when trying to login to DeepBot servers. Please ensure your connection is not being blocked by anti-virus software or firewalls."

I've already checked my anti-virus and firewall settings, they aren't blocking DeepBot. I've even made exceptions in them for DeepBot, and tried to disable them. All of which still result in the same message. Even when running DeepBot as admin, that Login error occurs.

I also tried to update DeepBot to see if that would fix the problem, but then I'm presented with another issue. when I navigate to the About tab on DeepBot and click the Update icon, I receive this message: "Error - Something went wrong. Please try again later."

I'm currently on version 0.9.6.5, and the newest version I see is from March 20th, 2017 and is version 0.10.1.0, so I know I'm not on the latest version.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Run DBUpdater.exe from your Deepbot folder. :) Any version older than 0.9.12.3 will no longer work.

Thank you very much. This solved my problem and DeepBot has connected to my Twitch again.
