I purchased the monthly deepbot but i am unable to get the bot out of beta and i cannot connect my stream to my bot due to message closed beta. any help?

Did you buy a beta license (the left column)? You have to get the beta license first, which gets you the bot and 1 month of VIP for free. The VIP is just to renew VIP if it ran out.
