So I haven't been using deepbot the the past 2 months or so and completely didn't expect to be charged for another month out of the blue. In the past I've had to update/renew the subscription manually, but now it seems it was on auto?
I dont remember agreeing to this kind of payment method while i actively used deepbot.
Since i haven't been using my subscription for quite some time, and it now renewed itself, is there any way I could be refunded for the amount i was charged? I have already canceled the payment plan in paypal to avoid going broke! If so "Transaction ID: 9A922268DX259643G"
