Bot reply for Points inquiry (privately)

Hi guys,

I would like to change points inqury reply from chat screen to users private chat like Event Messages (e.g. welcome, good bye user). Points inquires fulls the chat screen so people complain about it. When I set the bot for whisper Twitch bans it after some time for 24 hours. So please advise.

Users have to PM the Bot first/open a private chat with the bot now. This is something twitch implemented.
