LastCheer & TopCheer not showing

I'm sure I'm missing something simple, but the txt files available for "LastCheer" and "TopCheer" aren't picking up any data for me. I just got affiliated a week back, and I'm guessing there's some setting I need to change to have it check the amounts. My tips ("donations") have been coming through just fine, fyi. I'm using streamlabs for my integration. Any ideas on why it may not be printing any of the cheer data to the text files? Thanks in advance!

Can you screenshot your cheer notification options from Deepbot Config tab?

Do you mean the Twitch Cheer Notification tab on the main Config page? I have it disabled. Guess that's what I need to change, huh? I thought I only needed to enable that if I wanted to have Deepbot print a channel message in chat (which I don't necessarily need).

Shall I expect it to grab historical cheers now that it's enabled? Or will it only start picking it up starting with new cheers?

I am unsure about past cheers, but future cheers, yes.
