this is "per user" right? i rly think for global cd in command...

It is in the command editor itself. Or if you want a cooldown for all commands, it is on the channel commands tab.

We need a command line to say HOW MUCH time left to use the command "!shot" again! GLOBAL! Because command cooldown is set to 500s

Example:
03:20 User1: !shot
03:20 Bot: User1 CONGRATZ! You win 100points!
03:21 User2: !shot
03:21 Bot: Sorry User2, you need wait more 426s to use !shot again.
