Bot Not Showing UP
« on: July 02, 2017, 01:21:57 AM »
I changed to a new bot account/name and it still shows the old bot and the new bot isn't showing up in the chat. Any help?

Have you re-logged into the new bot's Twitch account in the config tab?

I am having the same issue and my bot wouldn't show up. but now it has turned into another issue.

incorrect account login. you have logged into account "twitch account" while your licence only permits twitch account "bots name" please login to the correct twitch bot account.

I am so confused.

@rToothless

First, close deepbot. Then login into the old bot's twitch account, and go to Settings > Connections > Remove all Deepbot Connections.
Open up Deepbot, redo Oauth logins for both the bot's twitch account under Bot login, then do the same with your streamer account under streamer login.

@HashxBrowns

Make sure you own the twitch account with the bot name you want (They must match). Then under Deepbot > Bot Login > OAuth Password > Enter the bot's twitch account information and login and authorize. Then under Streamer Login Section > OAuth password > Hit "Not You?" > Login with your streamer account login information and hit Authorize.

I do recommend removing Deepbot connections from your old bot account if you are having the same issue as rToothless.
