I paid for the beta and I have no access

I was logged into my SirBeeRtheLeft account when I purchased the beta. I received no confirmation from your site that the payment went through, but the payment did go through. I no longer have that money in my paypal account and I received the notice from paypal that the payment was received by you guys. I took a screenshot of the receipt from paypal if you'd like to see it.

Looks like the payment was reversed or refunded. I will let the dev know of this thread. But you will have to make the payment again and have the dev unlock your account to give you access.

Ok, well if you guys will refund that original $10 then I'll go ahead and purchase another one now. I didn't want to keep giving you guys $10 over and over again if there was a problem with the process of payment. Thanks a lot and i'm purchasing another one now.

Purchased the new one now, I'll check back to see if I'm able to use the bot in the morning. Thank you for your time and I hope to have lots of fun with your bot!

Still haven't received my refund for the original beta I payed for on Date: Jul 11, 2017 Time: 21:53:33 EDT. If you guys want to keep my money in exchange for 2 extra months of VIP then I would be willing to do that. I went through the PayPal chargeback system and emailed you guys on July 11th about the problem and someone gave me a flimsy reply of "Hi - If you login to our site, you should see a download tab on the top right with installation instructions" on the 15th. They never asked what the problem was or anything! I then emailed you guys back on the 17th explaining the conversation we had in this thred and explaining that there was a problem with the transaction. I could escalate the issue through PayPal, but I'd rather settle this without them. I could PM you the details of the transaction if you'd like, but like I said before I'd rather do something else with this $10 than have it sitting in limbo.

There is only one $10 payment. The original $10 payment was reversed/refunded as seen here:



If you haven't received the money, then I would talk to paypal about where the $10 (9.35) is.
