Bot not displaying chat or playing music

Hey all.
I've not used the bot for either chat or music for a while, so I don't know when this started but I went to do some XMass stuff and found it wasn't playing my playlist at all.
It plays the 10 seconds of silcence, but won't move on to any song in the playlist.

The chat is totally blank both in the chat tab and the streamer chat tab.

all help gratefully accepted.

After I just updated deepbot today I have the same issue. No chat and music will not play.

restarting deepbot fixed it finally
