DeepBot Crashing Often

Hello, first off let me tell you.. My show has a lot of fun using the DeepBot Program, it has influenced my chatroom to become more active, and has drawn in a lot more viewers because of having it.

My problem is, Deepbot is failing quite often. It crashes a lot, usually after 4hrs or so of use, or after I change a game name or such within the program.

I often leave Deepbot open when I am offline and offer people 1 point every 2 minutes while I'm offline, unfortunately Deepbot usually fails by the time I wake back up, resulting in a crash and myself trying to re-emburse most of the viewers whom stayed in while I was offline. I am just wondering if this is a common reoccuring factor with this program since it still is in Beta.

I have no problem restarting Deepbot after it crashes.. although after 5 hours of it crashing and me waking up to it crashed. It is quite the challenge to trust everyone in the room to know if they were in there the entire time.

- Edit in - Please note that I run Deepbot in Administrator at all times, and it still results in the crash.

Glad you're enjoying Deepbot. As for the crash, could you please upload your errorlog.txt file so we can attempt to pinpoint where the error is? This file should be in the logs folder where you installed Deepbot

Sorry for my Late response, Thanks once again for all the help and support with this Bot, I do plan on donating a bit more because I think this program blows all the others out of the water.

I attached my error log, hopefully I did it right.

Reading up on the particular error it seems it's a common problem not just with Deepbot. Although i'm not sure myself what exactly causes it but it seems to be related to the windows theme that is being used in relation to the controls being used. Deepbot possibly assumes that a particular theme is being used and when that theme turns itself off (somehow) it will cause the form to not function correctly. That's what I gather from what I read anyway.

I'll leave this URL for Experts should he read this at any point which may be helpful for possibly fixing the issue.

Thank You Dante for your help! I looked into that URL, then I looked into a few other programs that are linked with the same problem. I am trying to find a way to fix it, however this could be because I previously had unlocked my windows theme manager so I can use a "custom" theme with Rainmeter. However I do not use this theme while streaming.. its just more for looks.

I found that changing my theme to default, and using minimal graphics for themes, such as a gamebooster would do. It helped the program, (or at least I like to think it helped) stay up and online longer. It still crashed, but not as often.

If this problem is common though, it might not of been because of my "custom" theme. I thank you and Experts for your support. I am referring a few of my streaming buds to look into DeepBot and I encouraged them to donate and apply. I will monitor this thread daily and await for a possible fix. If not then w/e I still got one badass Loyalty Program to share with my stream, so what if I have to reboot it. xD

UPDATE - Hello again!

Recently I have been searching and searching for ways to fix this and if the fix could not had been easier I don't know what I would of done.

OK THE FIX here is Simple... and so.. Stupid really.

Right Click on Desktop
Personalize
Change Windows Theme
Select Default Areo Windows Theme
Restart Computer
Launch DeepBot,  (It might crash once more, but the reason could be because it is working to run on this new theme.)

Wow.. if life was this easy.

My issue seems to be resolved.. its been a great few days of no crash @ all. Constant run time. I've had the program up for 4 days now, not one problem.

Thanks guys for your time. Like I said.. I will be fully promoting DeepBot to others, bcuz this program is by far the best streamer utility yet. I will also Donate again!
