Translate some commands like !betting help

Hi I'm a french streamer and i just bought deepbot.
I would like to know if there is a way to change the language (even manualy) of some commands like !betting help etc...

Most of the built in commands, can't be changed.

Even for the text ? I mean "Betting has been closed" etc. can't be changed ? 10 dollars and 0 flexibility in this way ? Just english language supported ? Come on... and what about to change language in the code myself ?

Here a post from 2014 => http://deepbot.deep.sg/forums/index.php?topic=739.0 4 years and still no translation ???
