Question regarding points
« on: June 15, 2014, 04:38:07 AM »
What would be the best / most efficient way to:

Every lets say "Tuesday" I want everyones points to go to 0. And at the end of the stream I want to reward the user with the most points. Then after tuesday I want everyones points to go back to what they were prior to this temporary reset.

And no I do not want the points from tuesday to be added to the points they had prior.

The best way to do this would be to make a backup yourself of the database before your stream on Tuesday. Deepbot automatically does this but to be sure you actually copy back the correct database it'd be best to do this yourself manually.

Go to where you installed Deepbot (Typically C:\DeepBot - Twitch Streamer Assistant) and copy/paste the "users" folder into a folder of your choose (Shove it onto your desktop or into your documents). After this delete the "users" file. This will cause Deepbot to generate a new database. Once you are finished with the stream you can simply copy/paste the "users" file you put elsewhere back into the folder where you installed Deepbot. It'd be like Tuesday never happened.

Hope this helps,
