2 Payments on PayPal

Hello,

today I saw my PayPal account and I found 2 payments to DeepBot, one in March 17th and the other on March 20th.




Can I cancel one of them? Please help.

I checked the other months and in February I paid 2 times too.

Negative. I didn't change my nickname. It is the same for almost 2 years. What happened is that I couldn't afford the premium bot, so one of my friend made the purchase for me. After that, the bot returned to freemium and I had to upgrade for premium again. Somehow after a couple of days, the bot understood that the payment had not been made, forcing me to make the purchase again. But this continues. I already payied 5 month but used 3.

This continues and I don't know who I need to talk to solve this. I have payed double for at least 4 month until now.

I apologize for commenting here.  I dont mean to hijack your post.  But i have the SAME issue.  I let my deepbot run out once and i re-started it and it's been double charging ever since.  Mine may be too far to refund.  But is there a way to check?  I just noticed it as i was doing some digging thru my paypal for some other charges.

Please e-mail deepbot@deep.sg with the details, along with screenshots of your Paypal transactions involving Deepbot and the e-mail that you use to log in with Paypal so that Experts can issue a refund for you.
