No, he didn't get a username change. That's why I don't understand the bot thinks the viewer resubscribed unless the viewer can somehow hide his sub badge.

No, in User Database in the Notes section, the bot says the viewer renewed November 10th and his sub is set to expire December 9th.

However, when the viewer in question chats during the stream, he doesn't have a sub badge at all. Hence, I'm confused if it's an issue with the bot or not.

Or if Twitch implemented a way for subscribers to hide their sub badge which I'm unaware of.

Hi,

One of my regular viewer is/was subscribed to me with Twitch Prime for two months in a row. This month, I think he didn't resub 'cause he doesn't have his subscriber badge nor did he share his sub.

However, Deepbot seems to think he's still a subscriber and renewed his VIP 'til the beginning of December. I'm confused which is right or wrong. I don't know if it's a Deepbot issue or a Twitch related issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,

I haven't heard anything the past few days and I was wondering if my issue could be followed up. Especially my inquiry in my last message. Thank you.

As stated on the wiki:

@lastseen@ = Shows when a user was last seen talking in the channel.

If checking other people's @lastseen@, make sure you are using @lookupinfo@[@l_lastseen@,@target@]

It may not be perfect, but as far as I know it should work as intended. If not, then may be a bug.

No, not @lastseen@. I mean the "Last Seen" stat in the "User Database" tab on Deepbot. I highly doubt it's the date when a user was last seen talking chat because other users last seen date are updated correctly. Please help as I don't know if it's an issue on my end or if it's a bug. Thank you.

Can you confirm these viewers have typed in your chat before running the command? I believe it may have been adjusted to keep lurkers from being seen.

Running which command? I can confirm that these viewers have previously been active in chat, interactin' with in previous streams if that's what you mean.

If it's possible, I would appreciate if you could explain how "Last Seen" works. As in, do viewers need to be active in chat at least once, every certain amount of time, etc.

For example, I currently have a member connected to my chat and their "Last Seen" date is May 18th. And just the other day, despite not bein' active in chat, I noticed a friend was lurkin' in my stream after a few weeks of absence. Yet, their "Last Seen" hasn't been updated and shows as April 6th.

Hi,

May I ask if anyone from Deepbot could possibly have a look to my issue and help if a solution is available? Thank you.

Hi,

It came to my attention a while ago that the "Last Seen" dates don't seem to always be updated correctly.

For example, I could see a viewer being present in my latest stream and yet, Deepbot shows the viewer was "Last Seen" at a previous date.

Any assistance or input would be appreciated as the issue appear to occur to random users, possibly users that are not necessarily regular viewers.

Don't believe so since twitch doesn't really have a link to latest highlight, or an api it seems.

Hmm... shame. Thank you for your help though.

Hi,

As a broadcaster but also as an editor/moderator for another channel, I wish to inquire if it's possible to make a command/timer that would post in chat the latest highlight created on Twitch. I searched the forums but I only found information on markin' down stream times to create a highlight later instead. Thank you.

Go to your user database tab, right click anywhere in the database, go to "Reset Database" and click "Reset Everything".

That's awesome. It worked. Thank you very much.

Hi,

I've been settin' up and testin' Deepbot for my Twitch channel. Now that I'm done, I wish to ask if it's possible to reset the User Database including date joined without resettin' everythin' else like bankheist, channel commands, etc. Thank you.
