For Everyone Having Log In Issues...

Due to SSL certs renewing (This is the same as it was last year but we were more prepared for it this time) you need to ensure you are on the latest version of Deepbot.

At the time of writing that is 0.9.12.3. Any version below this will present you difficulty logging in.

To update to the latest version please run DBUpdater.exe as admin. If it does happen to fail, close it and try again.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

also same here. I streamed at noon EST today and ended at 3pm EST, after that i can not login to deepbot. i am also running the latest verison

Update: I also checked to see if maybe my bot account was deleted by Twitch, since they are getting ready to do their " Purge ", and its still an active account. Not sure if that would have anything to do with it.

Same... about to go live and can't login. Bummed!! I have 0.09.12.3, fyi. Just updated a few days ago when having similar issues and it was corrected. Back to square one..

I also cannot login. Am running the latest update.  My error says 'An error occurred when trying to login to DeepBot serrvers.  Please ensure your connection is not being blocked by anti-virus software or firewalls'.  I have triple checked and can confirm that Deepbot is in the 'allowed' list for both my anti virus and firewall. Eep.  I'm happy to uninstall and reinstall to give that a shot but don't know wherte to find the download AND don't want my viewers to lose all of their points.
